Jack Peterson has a diverse and extensive background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Jack currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Strategic Staffing at Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Vectrus as the Director of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition from January 2016 to September 2021, where they served as a consultant, aligning business objectives with HR initiatives and policies. Jack also held the role of Field Operations HR Manager at Vectrus from July 2013 to January 2016, where they provided strategic direction for HR operations and initiatives across different regions. Before joining Vectrus, Jack worked at ITT Exelis as the Manager of Middle East Recruiting from July 2012 to July 2013 and as a Senior HR Manager from December 2010 to October 2012. Jack also worked at ITT Systems, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from January 2010 to November 2010 and held multiple HR roles, including Functional Development Analyst, Personnel Services Center Manager, Recruiting Supervisor, and Technical Recruiter from November 2005 to January 2010.

Jack Peterson completed their education at two institutions. From 2003 to 2007, they attended the American Public University System, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources. Following this, they attended Columbia Southern University from 2008 to 2010 and earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Program Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jack obtained the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification from the Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) in June 2023.
