Srushti Thaker is currently the VP of Partnerships at Kira Talent, where the company offers a holistic admissions platform to combat bias in college admissions. Prior to this role, Srushti worked in various positions at the University of Windsor, including Student Recruitment Liaison and Research Assistant. Srushti holds a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Business Administration from the University of Windsor and is currently pursuing a certification in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Oxford.
