Nicole Boucher has been working in the field of chemistry since 2010. Nicole began their career as a Lab Manager at Dynamic Pharmaceuticals Inc. where they organized weekly projects for the Laboratory and trained new Laboratory Technicians on all aspects of the Laboratory. Nicole also assisted in Method Development on the HPLC Shimadzu and other varies wet chemistry techniques. In 2014, they joined Kira Labs Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager and Chemist. In this role, they researched and developed and conducted stability testing for new formulas for cosmetics, such as creams, serums and cleansers. Nicole also worked directly with Formulating Chemist to experimentally determine the optimal formulation for efficacy, scalability and profitability. In addition, they were responsible for QC testing of all raw materials, in process and finished products.

Nicole Boucher attended the University of South Florida from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
