Stephen Kiptinness is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the telecommunications, legal, and regulatory sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Kiptinness & Odhiambo Associates LLP since January 2024, Stephen has also held significant positions such as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Safaricom PLC, where responsibilities included reputation management and public policy. In academia, Stephen has been a Lecturer at the University of Nairobi's School of Law since 2004, focusing on E-Commerce, Cyber Space, Telecommunications, and Competition Law. Previous roles include Senior Partner at K&O Associates LLP, Non-Executive Director at the Competition Authority of Kenya, and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Telkom Kenya - Orange.
