Amanda Cook has extensive educational leadership experience, currently serving as Principal in Residence at KIPP Texas Public Schools since August 2017, after roles that include Assistant Principal of Instruction and Assistant Principal. Amanda's background also encompasses teaching as a Chemistry Teacher & 10th Grade GLC and tutoring privately through Club Z! In-Home Tutoring Services since May 2021. Previous positions include Exam Room Proctor at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Proctor & Tutor at Kaplan Test Prep, as well as roles in engineering and editorial fields at Southwestern Energy and PLS Inc. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, complemented by Principal Certification from Lamar University.
