Carla Miller-Kupchenko started their work experience in 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church as a Cantor and Music Minister. Carla then worked at USC Thornton Outreach Program as a Choir Director and Mentor from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they worked as an English Auxiliary Teacher at Fundacio Llor in Barcelona, Spain. Carla also worked as a Behavioral Therapist at People's Care and as a Music Teacher at St. Louise de Marillac from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are working as a Music Teacher at KIPP SoCal Public Schools since July 2019.
Carla Miller-Kupchenko completed their high school education at St. Lucy's Priory High School from 2005 to 2009, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of Southern California from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study during their undergraduate years included Choral Music, Classics, and Psychology. Later, from 2016 to 2018, Carla attended Claremont Graduate University, specializing in Positive Developmental Psychology & Evaluation, and received a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree.
