Bianca Vargas has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Manager at Tony's Pizza, where they worked until September 2020. In 2019, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks until December 2020. From September to December 2020, Bianca also served as a Tutor at EAST PALO ALTO TENNIS AND TUTORING. In 2021, they joined Wild Dog Grooming as a Dog Groomer and has been developing their skills in dog grooming and business ownership until October 2022. Currently, Bianca Vargas is working as a Substitute Teacher at KIPP Public Schools Northern California since August 2022.

Bianca Vargas began their education in 2017 by enrolling at the University of Redlands, where they focused on studying Business. Bianca attended the university until 2019, although it is not mentioned whether they obtained a degree during that time.
