Kaleah Williams, MPA has a diverse work experience that includes positions in various organizations. In 2008, they worked as a Business Analyst at BearingPoint, where they provided advisory services to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on program and financial management. Kaleah analyzed financial data, supported strategic planning activities, and prepared presentations. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on program and financial management for the CDC. Kaleah developed standard operating procedures, identified risks, and monitored program budgets. In 2013, Kaleah joined the UVa Darden/Curry Partnerships for Leaders in Education as a Project Director, and also worked as a Graduate Fellow at Education Pioneers, specializing in educational leadership. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at TNTP as a Site Manager for Performance Management, primarily focused on foundations. In 2017, they joined Uncommon Schools as a Director of Operations, overseeing ongoing operations at the school. Most recently, in 2019, they assumed the role of Director of Operations at KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools.
Kaleah Williams, MPA, completed their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree at the University of Southern California from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry from Agnes Scott College, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
