Brittany Lennon is the Director of Business Operations at KIPP Indy Public Schools. Brittany has also held various roles at KIPP Indy College Prep Middle, including Director of School Operations, Assistant School Leader, Humanities Teacher, and Grade Level Chair. Prior to their time at KIPP, Brittany served as Program Director at The Urban Leaders Fellowship and Teaching Policy Fellow at Teach Plus. Brittany began their career as an 8th Grade Reading and Literature Teacher at Arlington Community High School through Teach For America. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Art of Teaching from Marian University Indianapolis.
