Ashanti Murdock Ash has held various talent and equity-focused roles in organizations such as KIPP Indy Public Schools, The Mind Trust, Teach For America, Leadership for Educational Equity. Ashanti also has experience as a high school English teacher and holds a Master's degree in Teaching. Ash is currently pursuing a certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
