Noam Shemesh has a diverse background in software development and management. Noam started their career in 2007 as a Software Developer at Ness Technologies - Technologies And Systems Group (TSG) and worked there until 2011. Noam then joined Matomy, where they held various roles, including Senior Software Developer, R&D Team Leader, and R&D Group Manager from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, they moved to GuruShots, where they served as the VP R&D until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of R&D at Kipp - Authorize More, starting in 2022.

Noam Shemesh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2003 to 2007.
