Camille Merlet is an experienced professional in product management and operational excellence, currently serving as Head of Product and Product Owner at Kiplin since April 2021. Prior to this role, Camille worked at Mews Partners from April 2016 to September 2020 as a Consultante Sénior, focusing on optimizing innovation processes and R&D for various sectors, including automotive and aerospace. Camille possesses expertise in Agile development, Lean methodologies, digital transformation, and PLM, alongside a strong background in project management and change facilitation. Previous experiences include roles at Scania in order coordination and assembly, as well as a continuous improvement internship at SOGERMA. Camille holds a degree from Ecole Centrale de Nantes, reinforcing a solid educational foundation in engineering and management.
