Vinay Kumar Bajaj is a seasoned Senior Lead Engineer at kipi.ai since December 2021, where responsibilities include delivering an interactive dashboard for manager performance tracking. Prior experience includes serving as an Analytics Consultant at Fractal Analytics from September 2019 to December 2021, focusing on developing and optimizing critical Tableau Reports for client evaluation and strategy. Vinay also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from November 2017 to September 2019, migrating manual reporting to automated systems in Tableau for a banking client and facilitating requirement workshops. An early internship took place at The Institute of Mathematical Sciences in Chennai in 2015. Vinay holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Warangal (2015-2017) and a Business Analytics Nano Degree from Udacity (2019-2020).
