Natalie Marshall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and marketing. Currently serving as President at KIP since April 2016, Natalie creates premium sleep essentials tailored for optimal rest. As a Partner at both Residential Coating Solutions and ABE Automotive, Natalie brings innovative solutions to residential coatings and automotive care, respectively. Previous roles include Assistant Brand Manager at Town Shoes Limited and Assistant Digital Marketing Manager at Hudson's Bay Company, where Natalie oversaw digital marketing initiatives and brand launches. Additionally, Natalie co-founded U-Turn: Entrepreneurship for Underserved Youth and held various marketing roles during educational pursuits at McMaster University, which culminated in a BComm. Natalie is also engaged in continuous professional development through the Project Management Institute since 2011.
