Fred has also worked at companies such as Hope Network and Meijer, where they managed IT teams and oversaw initiatives in areas like software development, data resources, and infrastructure. Currently, Fred serves as a Project Lead Global PLM at KION Group and has expertise in PLM-related projects and process management.

Fred Gross earned an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing, OBHRM, and IT from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993.
