Carsten Becker has a diverse work experience. Carsten started their career at Commerz Systems GmbH as an Expert for Business Strategy from April 2018 to October 2018. Carsten then moved on to Commerzbank AG, where they worked as an Assistant Vice President from November 2018 to July 2020. Following that, they joined Linde Material Handling as a Manager in various roles, including Budget & Portfolio and Governance & Implementation. Carsten's most recent position is with KION Group, where they hold the role of Head of Engineering Enablement and Academy starting in June 2023.

Carsten Becker completed a Diplom degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Goethe University Frankfurt from 1999 to 2004.
