Kelli Kranz, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kelli started their career as a Sales Associate at Famous Footwear in 2013 and later worked as a Hostess at Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill. In 2015, they served as a Summer Library Staff Member at Barrington High School and also worked as a Summer Caterer at Corky's Catering, Inc. Kranz gained experience in property management as a Property Management Intern at Prestige Properties Iowa City in 2016.

In 2017, Kranz joined Marriott International as a Human Resources Coordinator and the University of Iowa as a Human Resources Assistant. Kelli then transitioned to Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. in 2018, where they initially served as a Human Resources Coordinator, Associate. Kelli'srole at Kinze Manufacturing expanded, and they took on the position of Human Resources Coordinator. In 2021, Kranz was promoted to the role of Human Resources Generalist.

With their progressive roles in HR and their SHRM-CP certification, Kranz demonstrates their dedication to advancing their career in the field of human resources.

Kelli Kranz, SHRM-CP, began their education journey at Barrington High School, where they completed their high school education from 2010 to 2014. Upon graduation, they pursued higher education at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. From 2014 to 2018, Kelli successfully obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, while also minoring in Human Relations. Additionally, in December 2020, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the institution of SHRM.
