Josh Oberembt began their work experience in 1997 at AEGON, where they worked in customer service until 2000. From 2000 to 2013, they were employed at Intermec Technology Corp, initially as an Engineering Technician and later as an Engineering Technician II. During this time, they supported the OS/BSP team, executed system test plans, and conducted 802.11 testing on rugged handheld and tablet devices. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Honeywell Scanning & Mobility as a Technician II, utilizing JIRA, GIT, Gerrit, and Jenkins tools and participating in code reviews. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Contract Software Engineer at Randstad Technologies US, participating in Agile Scrum teams and conducting design and code reviews. Josh then joined Trapeze Group in 2016 as a Software Test Engineer, where they developed test plans, ran regression tests, and implemented basic automated tests. In 2021, they joined Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. as a Software Test Engineer before transitioning to a Senior Software Engineer role in 2022. In this role, they support end-of-line test software, troubleshoots and debugs electronic and software integrations, and tests and develops end-of-line test software to ensure quality of assembled products. Josh Oberembt's education history includes attending Kirkwood Community College in 1998-1999, where they studied Computer Networking and Computer Science.
