Ramil Bermejo is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over a decade in various technical roles. Currently serving as SysOps Shift Lead and SysOps Engineer at Kinsta® since June 2019, Ramil has previously held positions such as L2 Technical Support Engineer at HostPapa and Infrastructure Engineer at Amihan Global Strategies, where expertise was developed in cloud infrastructure using Openstack and Ceph. Additional experience includes technical engineering support for Openstack environments at Exist Software Labs, Inc., system administration for Windows and Linux servers at Talleco, oversight of help desk activities at AZPIRED, and leadership in technical support at 1&1 Internet Development SRL. Ramil began a career in software development as a Software Engineer at BP Solutions, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Cebu.
