Ashley Luxenberg has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Ashley began their career as an Intern at Entangled Publishing in 2012. In 2017, they worked as an Insurance Producer at State Farm. The same year, they joined Lemonade and held multiple positions, including Customer Experience Specialist, CX Squad Coach, and CX Squad Lead for Pet Insurance. In 2019, Ashley became a Certified Personal Trainer at ASHMFitness. Ashley later joined nate in 2021 as the Director of CX until 2022. Currently, Ashley works at Kinship as a Senior Manager for Customer Experience.

Ashley Luxenberg obtained their High School Diploma from Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy High School from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they attended Marymount Manhattan College from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater.

In terms of additional certifications, Ashley Luxenberg obtained a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in June 2021. Ashley also holds several insurance licenses, including a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License from the New York Department of Financial Services obtained in April 2019, a Life, Accident & Health Insurance Agent License obtained in April 2017, and a Property & Casualty Insurance Broker License also obtained in April 2017.
