Karen Marshall is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Innovation at Kinrise since August 2023, Karen previously held the position of Global Marketing for Sukin at BWX Limited from July 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, Karen was the Group Marketing Manager for Retail ANZ at McCain Foods from October 2018 to February 2022. Karen also directed Long Term Category Marketing & Innovation for McCormick & Company in Australia and New Zealand from June 2014 to January 2018, after holding multiple positions including Innovation Manager and Brand Manager at the same company. Earlier experience includes serving as Merchandise Planning Manager for Confectionery at Nestlé from June 2002 to August 2004. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Media from Swinburne University of Technology.
