John C. has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. John started their career as a Property Sales Consultant at Amity Real Estate in 2013 and then worked as a Land Sales Consultant at RPM Real Estate Group in 2014. In 2015, they joined Caine Real Estate as a Property Consultant specializing in Project Sales. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Phones Consultant at iBuildNew. In 2018, they gained experience as a New Home Sales Consultant at both Local Builders Direct and Zuccala Homes. John then joined Ernest-Brooks International in 2019, where they held multiple positions, including Senior New Homes & Investments Consultant, Assistant Manager New Homes & Investments, and Sales Manager. In 2021, they joined Chase Apartments as a Sales Manager and later moved to Montague Cromwell in 2022 as a Senior Sales Consultant. Currently, they are working as a Site Sales Manager at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward since 2023.

John C. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Engineering from Victoria University of Technology, which they completed between 1992 and 1995. In 1996, they obtained a Certificate IV in Business (Estate Agency Practice) from Swinburne University of Technology. From 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Business (Property) at RMIT University. Lastly, between 2003 and 2008, John C. attended Mt Eliza Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. The field of study for their Master's degree was Master of Business Administration.
