Tameshia R. is a dynamic entrepreneur with extensive experience in social impact and sustainable business practices. As the co-founder of Kinkofa since April 2021, Tameshia R. has focused on reconnecting Black families through a unique digital family history platform that curates and amplifies meaningful stories. Previously, Tameshia R. founded Inala, a B2B platform aimed at creating equitable supply chains for global artisans, and Cool & Collected Africa, a sustainable lifestyle brand that celebrates African Diaspora craftsmanship. Tameshia R. has also been involved with multiple organizations in various roles, including Tastemakers Africa and Junior Achievement, where significant contributions were made to educational technology and community engagement initiatives. Tameshia R. holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and African & African American Studies and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Arkansas.
