Prof Hazel McLaughlin currently serves as a Visiting Professor at both King's College London and Kingston Business School, while holding the position of Chief Executive at MorphSmart Limited since November 2019. With a distinguished career in the British Psychological Society, Prof McLaughlin has held various leadership roles, including Past President and Chair of the Presidential Development Fund. Prior experience includes significant roles at SHL Group, Organisation Effectiveness Cambridge, and HFI - Human Factors International. Academic qualifications encompass a Master of Science in Ergonomics from UCL, a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, and a Doctorate in Psychology from Kingston University, specializing in Occupational and Business Psychology.
