Jennifer Wood-Outhwaite is an experienced professional in human resources and empowerment programs. As the Owner and Facilitator of In Harmony Life Skills and Empowerment Programs since July 2020, Jennifer utilizes horses as teachers to foster self-understanding, confidence, communication skills, and inner strength in individuals. Jennifer has an extensive background in human resources, currently serving as an HR Specialist in Total Rewards at Kingston Health Sciences Centre since June 2011, following a role as a Recruitment Associate at Kingston General Hospital. Additional experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at StarTek, a Human Resources Coordinator at Frontenac Children's Aid Society, and an Employment Services Officer at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Jennifer holds two Graduate Certificates in Business Administration from Dalhousie University and a three-year Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from St. Lawrence College.
