Christoph Gallus is full professor of financial services at THM University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
He is a mathematician and advises in financial services, risk management, financial litigation, and derivative products with a focus on the equities side. In addition, he has a strong interest in applications of machine learning, artificial intelligence and quantum technologies.
Christoph has worked in the global financial markets for more than 20 years.
Before becoming a professor in 2016 he was a Managing Director in the Global Markets Structuring team of Deutsche Bank.
He worked in London and Frankfurt where he held a number of roles heading teams on the derivatives trading, financing and structuring side.
He was responsible for originating and designing large and complex transactions for corporates, financial institutions, endowments and ultra high net worth individuals in the EMEA region.
Christoph holds a Master of Advanced Studies degree from the University of Cambridge as well as a diploma and a doctorate in mathematics from the University of Erlangen, Germany.
