Helen Flood has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Helen started their career as a Marketing Manager at Kingspan Insulated Panels Australia in 2008, where they worked until 2013. Helen then joined KONE as a Marketing Manager for Australia and New Zealand, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Head of Customer Marketing, Panels West at Kingspan Insulated Panels in the UK. Since 2018, they have held the position of Global Head of Customer Experience at Kingspan Global.
Helen Flood obtained a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2005. Helen also attended York College in York, UK from 2005 to 2006, where they pursued a Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Diploma in Marketing. Additionally, they obtained additional certifications including the NPS Masterclass and Customer Experience Masterclass in 2021.
