David Toner is an accomplished cybersecurity and IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Group Head of Cyber Security and Group IT Operations Manager at Kingspan Group since March 2017, David has also acted as Enterprise Integration Lead. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Glen Dimplex Group and Information Services Manager at both Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council and Armagh City and District Council. David began a career in IT at Veolia Environmental Services as an IT Support and Compliance Officer. Academically, David holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing, Information Security and Forensics from The Open University, a BSc in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast, an Advanced Diploma in Management Practice from Ulster University, and an HND in Software Engineering from Southern Regional College Newry.
