Amie Young is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at Kingspan Global since January 2023, Amie previously held the role of Senior International Buyer at Gorillas, where responsibilities included developing global private label strategies and negotiating product specifications. Prior to that, Amie worked as a European Category Buyer for Speciality Ingredients at ARYZTA, leading strategic sourcing plans and procurement initiatives. Earlier roles include Buyer at Iceland Foods (Ireland) Limited, where Amie sourced Irish products, and a Purchasing position at Fallon & Byrne, focusing on stock management and supplier relations. Amie began their career as a Deli Manager, managing staff and operational duties. Amie holds a Bachelor of Business Management with honors in Accounting and Business/Management from Technological University Dublin.
