Prior to joining Kingsoft, Xiaoguang Guo worked at Thomson Reuters for 8 years and 10 months, where they held various positions such as Head of Technical Account Management & Solution Services, Head of Technical Services China, Enterprise Specialist and Content Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for providing technical service management, pre-sale support, financial information & trading solution project implementation for financial market clients in China, achieving the best end-to-end client service experience & supporting business growth for desktop & solution businesses.
