Slava Adnavorau has over 10 years of experience in the software engineering and development industry. Slava began their career in 2011 as a Frontend Developer at Itransition Group, where they refactored and debugged the existing code base, developed new features and user interfaces, and ensured scalability of frontend elements by optimizing them for loading speed and performance. In 2014, they joined LeSa Inc. as a Business Development Account Manager, where they implemented alternative sales channels and increased revenue by at least 15%, promoted bestselling products, and optimized sales analytics and increased sales with existing customers by at least 10%. From 2019 to 2021, Slava was a Student Software Engineer at Fullstack Academy, and they are currently a Software Engineer at Kingsmen Software.

Slava Adnavorau attended Fullstack Academy from 2019 to 2020, where they studied Full-Stack Software Engineering. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Belarusian State Economic University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Slava also earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Belarusian State Economic University between 2006 and 2011.
