Efron Bajaña-Landau currently serves as a Survey Project Manager at Kingsley (A Grace Hill Company), overseeing multiple client engagements and ensuring project milestones are met. With experience in educational settings, Efron has previously worked as a Scheduling Specialist at Alma, leading projects for educational organizations, and as a Health & Physical Education Teacher at Paul Robeson Charter School, where significant improvements in student mathematics scores were achieved. Efron has also been a Team Lead & Project Coordinator at Foundation Academies, managing an Outdoor Education program, and a Sales Associate at Landau. Additional roles include coaching athletics at East Windsor Regional School District and various teaching positions, alongside a semi-professional football career with the Philadelphia Liberty Belles. Efron holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness and a Master of Science in Teaching and Learning Mathematics.
