With experience as Senior Legal Counsel at Cover-More Group and as a Non-Executive Director at ParagonCare, Stephanie provided comprehensive legal advisory across various business domains. Early career experience includes significant roles in corporate law practices, notably at Macpherson Kelley and LCS & Partners, where expertise in M&A, private equity, and cross-border transactions was developed. Stephanie holds multiple degrees including a Master of International Affairs from Columbia SIPA and a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
