Tom McCordall has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to customer experience, product design, and management. Tom is currently the Director of Product Design at KingMakers, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at William Hill as the Head of Customer Experience from July 2017 to October 2020, and as the Principal Customer Experience Architect from October 2016 to June 2017. Tom has also held positions at Grand Parade, Igozulu ltd, Locus Gaming, Ladbrokes PLC, Ladbrokes eGaming, Force Gaming, and Zero Gravity s.p.r.l.

Tom McCordall attended Artts International from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Theatre and Television.
