Gianluca Bellucci has extensive experience in market research, brand management, and customer insights. Gianluca has worked for various companies throughout their career. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at B&Q as a Customer Insights Manager, where they were responsible for providing insights on brand, market, category, and customer to inform decision-making. Prior to that, they worked at Kantar Millward Brown from 2005 to 2016, where they held roles such as Client Director, Account Manager, Senior Researcher, and Research Executive. At Kantar Millward Brown, they managed market research projects, developed client relationships, and provided high-quality consultancy. Gianluca also gained experiences such as guest lecturing in universities and participating in a leadership development program. In 2005, they worked at Business Press as a PR Junior Account, where they managed media relations for IT clients. Currently, they are working as the Customer Research & Insights Lead at Kingfisher plc.
Gianluca Bellucci obtained a Master of Arts (cum laude) degree in Media and Mass Communication from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained the certification of CIM Affiliate Studying Member from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in May 2021.
