Noel Lagdamen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Noel started their career as an Audit Senior at PwC in 1992 and worked there until 1995. Following this, Noel joined IPC Systems, Inc. in 1995 and held various roles including VP Finance, Asia Pacific; VP Corporate Development/Business Operations; VP Financial Reporting and Analysis; Director of Forecasting and Budgeting; Group Controller; Controller - Americas; and Controller - NY Region. During their time at IPC Systems, they were responsible for financial reporting, business development, M&A activity, ownership changes, and financing. Noel also played a key role in developing financial models, drafting information memorandum and lender presentations, and aligning financial and operational KPIs. In 2015, Noel joined Galileo Learning as the Head of Finance where they worked with the executive management team to develop a business plan for nationwide expansion and coordinated financial due diligence. After a year, they moved to Kingfisher Mobile Limited in 2016 as the VP Finance, where they were involved in changing the way consumers own, access, and experience smartphones. At Kingfisher, Noel originated, iterated, and built ideas with visionary partners and clients, with a focus on improving affordability, simplicity, and customer experience.

Noel Lagdamen attended New York University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management.
