Anushka Sachdeva is an experienced professional currently serving as the Culture and Change Associate Director in the CEO office at King since November 2021. In this role, Anushka leads strategic projects related to employee experience, culture, change management, operational model change, and process improvement. Prior to this, Anushka worked at Accenture from September 2015 to November 2021 in sales, business development, and account management, focusing on clients in the communications, media, and technology sectors, as well as holding a position as a marketing specialist. Anushka's earlier experience includes working as a sales associate at Hollister Co. and a brief work experience at Credit Suisse. Anushka holds an MA with Honours in Linguistics from The University of Edinburgh and A Levels in Economics, English, and Mathematics from Nottingham Girls' High School.
