Rebecca Flynn GAICD is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at King & Wood Mallesons since November 2021, Rebecca previously held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at Kain Lawyers. A long tenure at EY from 1996 to July 2020 included roles such as Oceania Finance Director and Operations Director in Transaction Advisory Services. Additionally, Rebecca contributed to Playgroup NSW as a Board Director and member of the Audit and Finance Committee. Academic credentials include the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, ongoing participation in the EY Finance Leadership Academy, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Newcastle.
