Darien West is a Technology Solutions Expert and founder of Shalom Technology Solutions, specializing in developing and implementing effective technology plans for businesses and social organizations since February 2020. Concurrently serving as a Trivia Host for King Trivia, Inc., Darien fosters a dynamic and engaging environment during events. Previous experience includes a role as Learning & Development Trainer Team Lead at Encoretech, focusing on creating interactive virtual learning experiences, and a position as Technical Writer and Support Technician II at Insitu, where documentation and training for new hires were prioritized. Darien also held various roles across organizations such as KinderCare Education Centers, Skechers, Northwestern Mutual, and The Partners Group, consistently enhancing technical support and operational efficiencies. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Black Studies at Portland State University, Darien's diverse skill set reflects a strong commitment to technology and education.
