Eugene Fialkovskiy is a seasoned legal and finance professional with extensive experience in managing complex financial transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at King Street Capital Management since May 2011, Eugene specializes in special situations, credit investments, direct lending, stressed and distressed opportunities, CLOs, and derivatives. Prior to this role, Eugene worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from August 2006 to May 2011, focusing on leverage, project, structured finance, and derivatives. Additionally, Eugene held the position of Seconded Attorney at Credit Suisse for a brief period in 2009. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Stony Brook University.
