Prior to this role, Lindsay held the position of Administrative Assistant at District Council 82: International Union of Painters and Allied Trades from 2010 to 2019, where duties involved processing payments and dues for approximately 4,000 members. Earlier career experience includes managing Lindsay's Little Ones Daycare from 2005 to 2010, providing a nurturing environment for children and handling all financial aspects of the business.
