Radaporn Chiewanichakorn has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Radaporn started their career in 2004 as a Flight Attendant with Japan Airlines. Radaporn then joined Tesco Lotus as a Management Trainee in 2005. In 2007, Radaporn joined Central Department Store Group as a Buyer and Division Manager. In 2009, they worked as a Buying Manager at Mothercare Thailand. From 2010 onwards, Radaporn worked at King Power, starting as a Senior Buyer and progressing to roles such as Merchandising Manager, Assistant Vice President Merchandising, and currently holds the role of Vice President - Import Fashion Merchandising.

Radaporn Chiewanichakorn received a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Chulalongkorn University in 2001.
