Jirawat Kidchai has a diverse work experience. Jirawat started their career as a Summer Intern at PwC in 2012. Jirawat then worked as a Customer Relationship Management Analyst at TreeGreen Ltd for a brief period. Jirawat joined Tesco in 2013 where they held various roles including Management Trainee, Asia Clubcard Product Manager and Innovation Manager, and Head of Digital Marketing. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Fill. Jirawat later joined Minor Food in 2019, where they initially served as a Global Senior Manager for Data and Customer Lifecycle. Jirawat was then promoted to the role of Global Senior Manager for Growth Marketing, where they played a key role in developing the online presence and digital sales of several iconic restaurant brands. Currently, Jirawat is the Vice President of E-Business and Social Commerce at King Power.

Jirawat Kidchai holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree from Strathclyde Business School and an Executive Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School. Jirawat also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from both Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, and Thammasat University. Additionally, Jirawat has obtained various certifications, including Digital Foundations from General Assembly, New Generation Talent Program 2022 from Minor International, Python from Kaggle, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, Elements of Artificial Intelligence from the University of Helsinki, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Inbound Marketing Certified from HubSpot.
