Bob Richter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bob started their career at AT&T in 2002, where they held various leadership roles such as Director of AT&T Enhanced Client Services and Director of AT&T Global Project Management. In these positions, they managed teams and oversaw the implementation of complex network services, focusing on delivering superior customer experiences.
In 2015, Bob joined AT&T Services Inc. as the Director of AT&T Business Operations - Service Management. Here, they led a team of Universal Service Executive managers, ensuring the seamless delivery of service and project management for large business customers.
Bob retired from AT&T in 2018 but continued to contribute by mentoring young professionals and serving on community boards. Bob then worked as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot in the Millwork Department, where they prioritized exceptional customer service.
In 2020, Bob joined King+Cross Companies as their IT Lead, overseeing the IT and Telecom infrastructure. Bob also served as the Director of Operations and IT Lead for the parent corporation, King+Cross Companies, Inc.

Bob Richter attended Kennesaw State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics. In 2015, they obtained the Six Sigma Orange and Green Belt certification from AT&T.
