Andrej H. has extensive experience in business development and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at KING ICT since 2007 and as a Board Member of the Croatian Call Center Association since 2016. Since 2014, Andrej has also been involved with Hrvatski Obiteljski Korijeni and has held a position on the Board of Directors for European Movement Croatia since 2005. Notably, Andrej co-founded Franak.hr - Data content Ltd. in 2018, previously worked as an Outsourcing Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2009 to 2010, and provided IT consulting services for Croatian Exporters between 2004 and 2009. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Zagreb from 1989 to 1995 and completion of secondary education at O.C. 'Nikola Tesla' from 1985 to 1989. Additionally, Andrej held a position as Board Member with The Croatian Youth Council from 1998 to 2000 and contributed as a member of the World Council of Croatian Youth and Head of Information Centre.
