Martin Davis has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Martin is currently working as the Head of School at King Henry VIII College Malaysia. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Head (Primary) at King Henry VIII College. Before joining King Henry VIII College, Martin worked as the Head at Monkton Prep School and as the Deputy Head at Hazlegrove Prep School. Martin also worked at St Andrew's School, Turi as the Director of Sport/Deputy Head and at St Peter's C of E Middle School as a Teacher.

From 2020 to 2022, Martin Davis pursued a Master of Science degree (MSc) in Education at the University of Bristol.
