Mohamed Sager M.B.Ch.B, SB (GS), PhD, MSHA serves as the Executive Director of the Research Center at King Khalid Medical City and as Chief of Research at E1 Health Cluster in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. With extensive experience in clinical and basic science research, Mohamed has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Director of the King Khalid Medical City Research Center and Chair of the Human Protection Program, which is notable for being the first of its kind in the Middle East. Prior experience includes a position as Medical and Scientific Advisor at AstraZeneca, where Mohamed contributed to the design and execution of multiple clinical trials. Academic credentials include a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Alabama, a Ph.D. in Gastroenterology from Karolinska Institutet, and advanced training in General Surgery and Trauma Fellowship.
