Jacob Perez is an experienced athletic trainer currently serving as the Head Athletic Trainer at City Colleges of Chicago-Olive-Harvey College since January 2023. In addition, Jacob holds a position as an Athletic Trainer at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where responsibilities include managing all 17 NCAA Division 3 sports teams and overseeing 300+ student athletes, including a role as Interim Head Athletic Trainer from July 2023 to January 2024. Furthermore, Jacob works as a PRN Athletic Trainer for RUSH Physical Therapy, providing sports medicine services for various teams and events in Chicago. Jacob also has experience as a Patient Care Representative at Kinex Medical Company, LLC. Educationally, Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual Health Science from Carroll University, completed in May 2022, and has an earlier academic tenure at the same institution from September 2017 to July 2021.
