Lydia Allex has a diverse background in talent acquisition and administrative roles. Lydia is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner for PT Solutions Physical Therapy since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Kinetix starting from March 2021.

From 2016 to 2021, Lydia worked at Phoebe Putney Health System, where they held various roles. Lydia initially started as a Corporate Compliance Coordinator and Contract Administrator from February 2016 to May 2017. Lydia then transitioned to become a HIPAA Privacy Auditor from May 2017 to August 2019. Finally, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner from August 2019 to March 2021.

Before joining Phoebe Putney Health System, Lydia served as a Residency Program Specialist for Southwest Georgia Family Medicine Residency at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital from May 2014 to February 2016.

Lydia also gained experience at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital as a Processor from an unspecified start date, until May 2014.

Lydia started their career as an Administrative Assistant at T.W. Tucker and Associates, Inc. from June 2011 to November 2012.

Prior to that, they worked as a Childcare Provider at Sherwood Baptist Church from June 2008 to August 2011.

Lydia also gained experience as a Student Assistant at Darton College from August 2008 to May 2010.

Lydia Allex completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Georgia Southwestern State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies from Darton College between 2008 and 2010. Lydia Allex also holds additional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Riverwood Associates, obtained in December 2015, and Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter from Lean Human Capital, obtained in January 2020.
