Lindsay Ellis has a diverse and extensive work experience. They started their career in 2011 as a Summer Associate at Andrews Kurth LLP and Vinson & Elkins. They then joined Vinson & Elkins as an Associate in 2012. In 2015, Lindsay became an Associate General Counsel at Rice Energy, a role they held until 2017. After that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2018 to 2019. Lindsay then joined EagleClaw Midstream (now Kinetik Holdings Inc.) as an Associate General Counsel from 2019 to 2021. They also worked at Archaea Energy as a Consultant and later as the General Counsel and Secretary from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Lindsay is serving as the VP, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Kinetik since May 2022.

Lindsay Ellis obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government and Communication Studies from Southwestern University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Doctor of Law degree (J.D.) at the University of Houston Law Center from 2009 to 2012.
